McCarthy says drivers should expect flagging operations between Kasilof and Ninilchik 24-hours a day from 6pm Sunday, August 14 through 6am Friday, August 19. Beginning 6pm Monday August 15, expect intermittent 15-minute DELAYS due to paving operations through approximately Thursday, August 18. Then, beginning the week of August 29, mainline paving will begin.
