Officers were called to mile 107 of the highway a few minutes after 4pm, for a report of a head on collision involving injuries. 79-year-old Janice See of Kasilof was reportedly traveling south on the Sterling Hwy when she crossed the centerline and collided with a northbound vehicle operated by 60-year-old Joseph Browning of Kasilof. A third vehicle, a semi operated by 41-year-old Paul King of Anchor Point, drove into the ditch to avoid colliding with the two vehicles.
